RPG day 18: local ruler/mayor/gouvernor

"Ytria wasn't the same anymore when the brutal forces of the New Capitol claimed our lands. They said they wanted to teach some 'true civility' to us. But we know better. The real reason of their arrival is because our lands are fueled by magic. They want to steal the magic source and use if for their so-called 'potion of youth'. They did the same to other tribes. But when the pirates don't drink the potion on each full moon night in time, the magic will turn against them, and they will be consumed by it."
